The LRCA Quarterly Newsletter is released on the following dates each year: December 30th, March 31st, June 30th and September 30th. The newsletter is free to the public to download.

Coaches and administrators can submit information to be published in the newsletter by completing the form below. The deadline to submit information for the April-June 2012 Newsletter is March 28th, 2012.
